Description
A persistent, cold tolerant, perennial ryegrass bred for digestibility, high yield and rust resistance. Pay Day is later maturing perennial ryegrass which extends the quality. When it comes to rust we all know that it can reduce yield but it also negatively affects the taste of the grass, so animal acceptance goes down when you have rust. Pay Day’s improved rust resistance means longer-stand life, higher yields, and better gains for grazing animals, as well as those consuming harvested feed as hay and silage. Pay Day is very digestible and is horse friendly making it a good choice if a high quality, high yielding Tetraploid Perennial Ryegrass is what you are looking for.
