Des Moines Feed Poultry Conditioner is a nutritious blend of cleaned grains with protein pellets added. It contains prebiotics and probiotics as well as yeast cultures for a healthy bird. Flax is also included, a grain naturally rich in Omega 3 oils. Poultry Conditioner is excellent for growing and maintaining productivity of adult poultry of all kinds.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS
Des Moines Feed Poultry Conditioner should be fed as a sole ration to poultry. Provide plenty of fresh, clean water. Grit should be available at all times.
